Attended Sacred Heart Academy in West Hempstead, New York.… As a student, she was a member of the National Honor Society as a junior and senior… Was a four-year starter under head coach Morgan Molinari O’Connor playing three seasons as attack and one as a midfielder… Led her team in assists freshman, junior and senior year… During her time at sacred heart she was name Rookie of the Year (2013), earned the coaches award (2015) and attacker of the year (2016)… earned NCCHSAA All- League honors in 2014, 2015 and 2016… was named US Lacrosse All-American as a senior… Also captained team in 2015 and 2016… Listed on Newsday’s Top 100 Player to Watch list in 2016… Also played lacrosse for the Long Island Liberty black team from 2010-2015.

Cara Urbank… is the daughter of Mary and Jack Urbank… Has two older brothers, John and Paul… Both brothers played collegiate lacrosse at Georgetown (John) and the University of Delaware (Paul)… Chose BC for the wide range of academic opportunities as well as athletics… Enrolled in the Morrissey School of Arts and Sciences and majoring in Communication ... recipient of the Manuel F.
