Bryson Rosser enters his fourth season as Assistant Director of Recruiting/Offensive Assistant with the Boston College Football program.
Under Rosser’s guidance, redshirt senior wide receiver Lewis Bond had a career year in 2025. He became Boston College’s all-time leader in receptions, breaking a three-year record set by first-round draft pick Zay Flowers. In addition, Bond finished the season fourth nationally in receptions per game (7.3) and twentieth in the country in total receiving yards (993) en route to All-ACC Second Team honors. Bond’s 88 catches for 993 yards marked career-highs in each category. The Chicago, Ill. native finished his Boston College career with 2,385 reception yards, which is fifth all-time in Boston College Football history.
Rosser was integral in the development of redshirt sophomore Reed Harris, who finished with career-highs in catches (39), yards (673) and touchdowns (5) in his second full season in 2025.
In his first season with the Eagles, Rosser played a role in the development of first-round draft selection Zay Flowers, who totaled 78 receptions for 1,077 yards and 12 touchdowns en route to All-ACC First Team, AP Third Team All-American, and Biletnikoff semifinalist honors.
Prior to arriving on The Heights, Rosser served as an Athletics Administrator at the Belmont Hill School (2020-22).
Before his time in Massachusetts, Rosser was the Head Football Coach at Knox Central High School in Knoxville, Tenn. (2014-19). Here, he brought back-to-back state championships to the program, including the first in school history in 2018. Rosser achieved a 60-22 overall record, including a 17-4 record in the postseason.
Rosser worked his way up the high school coaching ranks before his first head coaching job. He served as Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator at Hackensack High School in Hackensack, N.J. (2012-13), Offensive Coordinator at Oak Ridge High School in Oak Ridge, Tenn. (2009-11), and Offensive Coordinator/Wide Receivers at Hillsboro High School in Nashville, Tenn. (2008).
Before getting into high school coaching, Rosser served as a Graduate Assistant at Tennessee State (2006-07). Rosser earned two degrees from Tennessee State, including his bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision.
