NOTES: Transferred to Boston College before the start of 2015 preseason camp after earning an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina.
2016 (SENIOR): Did not see game action.
2015 (JUNIOR): Played in three games … made his BC debut against Howard (Sept. 12), and also played snaps against No. 9/6 Florida State (Sept. 18) and at Louisville (Oct. 24) … earned the Athletics Director Award for Academic Achievement.
BEFORE BC: Played two seasons at South Carolina, beginning career at quarterback, but moved to tight end during the spring of 2014 … used primarily on special teams … saw first career game action in the win against Arkansas in 2013, scoring the game’s final touchdown on a seven-yard run …also named the Most Improved quarterback in the 2013 spring .. two-time member of the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll … won the Maxwell Football Club's first Pennsylvania Player of the Year award and was named to the PARADE All-America football team following his senior season at Central Catholic High School ... coached by Harold Fairclough … also named the Maxwell Club's winner of the 27th Jim Henry Award ... is the state's career record-holder with 12,877 total yards and second all-time in the state in passing yards (9,249) and touchdown passes (106) ... led Central Catholic to a state title as a junior and reached the PIAA Class 3A state semifinals as a senior …was the 2010 Pennsylvania Gatorade Player of the Year after leading his team to a 16-0 record and the PIAA Class 3A title.
PERSONAL: Brendan Andrew Nosovitch … earned his undergraduate degree in finance … pursuing a master’s degree in business administration in the Carroll Graduate School of Management … Brendan in the son of Patricia and Eugene Nosovitch; has a younger brother, Jack and an older sister, Colleen.
