AS A JUNIOR (2015)
Returned to the mound for the first time since 2012 to lead the bullpen with a 2.05 ERA … tied for third-most relief appearances on the staff with 15, recording a 1-2 record, allowing 15 hits, eight runs, just five earned runs, six walks and 15 strikeouts over 22.0 innings … of the 15 hits allowed, just three were for extra base – two doubles and a home run … batters hit just .195 against him ... did not throw a wild pitch and hit three batters … picked off two runners … batters hit just .167 (4-for-24) with two outs … also led the BC staff with a 2.89 ERA in Atlantic Coast Conference play … in 9.1 innings, allowed seven hits, five runs – three earned – four walks and four Ks … started one game as the designated hitter, going 1-for-4 against Xavier (2/15) … did not allow a run or walk in the final four appearances – 8.0 innings –striking out four … struck out two and gave up just one hit in a season-high 4.0 innings at Rhode Island (4/28), recording the win … struck out the side in the seventh inning to record a career-high three Ks and help the Eagles win the 2015 Beanpot Championship in a 2-0 shutout of Massachusetts (4/22) at Fenway Park … allowed one unearned run, one hit and one K while picking off a runner in the victory over Duke (3/28) … gave up just one hit, no runs, struck out two and picked off a runner at No. 8 Louisville (3/14) … did not allow an earned run in first four appearances – 7.0 innings – of the season and did not record a walk in the first five (8.1 innings) … earned the Athletics Director’s Award for Academic Achievement … named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
