2020-21 Media Operations

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, media operations for Boston College women’s basketball games at Conte Forum will be altered. These guidelines are prepared in conjunction with the ACC for the safety of all involved and may be adjusted based on the latest protocols.

Individuals must sit in their assigned seat at the location of their place card or designated booth. Seats will be properly distanced and place cards may not be moved. A roster card will be provided at each seat. Game notes and statistics will be available online; there will be no printed copies provided. To the greatest extent practicable, everyone must adhere to physical distancing guidelines (at least six feet apart) while moving within the press area and must wear a face covering.

There will not be any food available to the media in 2020-21. A limited supply of bottled drinks will be available. Media members are permitted to bring their own food and drinks into Conte Forum.

- Credential requests for home games at Conte Forum can be made here and will close 24 hours prior to game time:Â https://bceagles.com/sb_output.aspx?form=178
- All post-game press conferences will be held virtually via Zoom. Please email Jason Baum for the link.
- Media will check in at Gate B to be screened and pick up a credential.
- Gameday parking for will be in the Beacon Street Garage. All individuals who check in at Gate B will be given a validated parking pass to get them out of the garage post-game.
- Media seating will be located behind each basketball and on the concourse level, and media access is restricted to these areas. Photographers and videographers will have designated areas to shoot from in the Conte Forum seating bowl. No access will be permitted courtside.
- Face covering and social distancing guidelines must be followed.
