Eagles will compete in the 800m, 1500m and 5000m

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College Women's Track and Field team continues its outdoor season, as it returns to North Carolina for the Duke Invitational on April 10-11. The meet can be streamed on ACCNX.

The Eagles opened their outdoor season at the Raleigh Relays last weekend, recording several top-10 marks, including a school record in the 4x100m. The relay group of Anna Sonsini, Sydney Segalla, Gina Certo, and Ava Carter clocked a 45.99 to set the fastest time in program history, marking the team's first outdoor record. Carter added personal bests in the 100m and 200m, along with Certo in the 200m.

This weekend will be Boston College's first time competing at the Duke Invitational. The last time the team ran at Morris Williams Stadium was at last year's Duke Twilight on May 4, where Natalie Millerova and Ella Fadil both recorded top 10 program marks.

Following this weekend, the Eagles will prepare for their busiest weekend of the season thus far, running in three meets from April 16-18.
