Eagles Kick Off Outdoor Season at Raleigh Relays

Theodor Schucht runs a 13:45.34 in the 5000m

RALEIGH, N.C. – The Boston College Men's Track and Field Team kicked off its outdoor season at the Raleigh Relays Thursday evening, as Theodor Schucht broke his school in the 5000m.

Colin Shaver opened with the 300m steeplechase, clocking a 9:10.73 to finish 11th overall
Schucht highlighted the first day of the Relays with a personal best of 13:45.34 in the 5000m, finishing 14^thplace. He improves his school record time by four seconds.
Colin Peattie also ran in the 5000m, his first attempt in the event. Peattie went on to run a 14:05.79 and finish 39^th place.
Patrick Donnelly finished the evening with a 29:51.40 in the 10,000m

Next Up: Boston College concludes its opening weekend of the outdoor season at the Jaylin Rainford Invitational, hosted by Bryant, on March 27.
