Women's Track & Field Set for NCAA Indoor Championships

Eagles look for first points at NCAA Indoor Championships since 2011
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Boston College Women's Track and Field is set to compete at the 2026 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Randal Tyson Center. The traveling group includes Sydney Segalla (400m & DMR), Imogen Gardiner (DMR), Iris Bergman (DMR) and Hanna Hollins (DMR). Anna Sonsini and Kyra Holland are serving as alternates for the DMR.

Action begins Thursday, March 13 at 11 a.m. CST, with the women's 400m preliminary kicking off at 5:55 p.m. and the women's DMR final at 8:15 p.m.

Sydney Segalla recorded the eighth fastest 400m at the ACC Championships, running a 51.40. Her time broke a school record and helped her claim the ACC individual title, the first of her track and field career.

The Distance Medley Relay team, comprised of Hollins, Segalla, Bergman and Gardiner, qualified for the national championships after running the 11th fastest time, a 10:47.53. That time was set at the Husky Classic back on February 13, where the Eagles finished second overall, setting a school record as a result.
