Gardiner breaks school record for second weekend in a row

BOSTON, Mass – The Boston College Women's Track & Field team competed in the Saucony Battle for Boston at the BU Track and Tennis Center Sunday evening. The meet was the final one before the ACC Indoor Championships.

Claire Crowley cleared her best time in the 800m by three seconds, setting a new personal best of 2:09.48
Iris Bergman recorded the ninth fastest 400m in program history, finishing second in the event with a time of 55.97
In the mile, Imogen Gardiner broke the school record after running a personal best time of 4:30.28. Kyra Holland also competed, running the third fastest mile time with a 4:31.04.

Next Up: The Eagles prepare for the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships, hosted at the TRACK at New Balance from February 26-28.
