Mangan and Yin finish 1-under par to lead team

HUMACAO, P.R. – After 54 holes, the Boston College Men's Golf team placed 10^th at the Palmas del Mar Collegiate. The Eagles (291-291-289=871) finished the tournament 7-over par.

Sophomore Tommy Mangan (72-74-69) and freshman Tony Yin (69-73-73) ended the three-day event tied for 23^rd place at 1-under par. Mangan registered a 69 in his final round of play, logging six birdies to lead all Eagles.

Next in the BC lineup was senior Jack Pogorelc (74-69-74), finishing in a tie for 33^rd place.

Rounding out the event was junior Markus Lam (76-77-73) who tied for 70^th place and freshman Connor Chisum (80-75-79) in 83^rd place.

Next on the schedule, the Eagles travel to N. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to compete in the Surf Club Invitational, hosted by Appalachian State. The two-day tournament will take place on March 9-10.
