
Swimming and Dive Prepares to Open Season at Duke

DURHAM, N.C. – Boston College Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving begins its 2025-26 campaign on Friday, September 26. The Eagles travel to Duke to compete against the Blue Devils, Marymount, and East Carolina at the Taishoff Aquatics Center.
The meet begins at 4 p.m. with the diving events, followed by swim events at 5 p.m. Live results of the meet can be viewed via the Meet Mobile app.
Look Ahead to the Season
Boston College Swimming & Diving program welcomes a freshman class of 18 athletes, consisting of 12 newcomers on the Men's side and six on the Women's side. The Eagles have a younger roster, containing 27 underclassmen and 21 upperclassmen.
The Eagles will compete in 10 meets throughout the season, including two home meets. They will then enter postseason competition with the ACC Swimming & Diving Championships from Feb. 15-22 in Atlanta, Ga. The athletes will also look to secure their spots at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, which will be hosted in Atlanta as well.
The Eagles announced seniors Elena Aramini and Julienne Saliou and juniors Finn Crawford and Aiden Bucaria as the four captains for the upcoming season.
Head Coach Dara Torres enters her second season at the helm, following a successful first season that saw 102 personal bests and nine school records set. Ben Huffman returns after setting the school record in the 500 freestyle and being part of the 800 freestyle relay.
