The final game of the series is scheduled for tomorrow at 12:00 p.m.
The Orange jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first behind a sacrifice fly to right field, before scoring seven runs in the bottom of the second to make things 8-0. The hosts plated five runs in the third inning, before Abby Ptak got the Eagles on the board in the top of the fifth with a two-run home run, her second of the year. In the bottom of the fourth, Syracuse added three more runs, making the final score 16-2.
On deck: The Eagles return tomorrow at 12:00 p.m. for the final game of the series.
