BC Drops Home Opener to Wolfpack

The Eagles look to regroup for the cerebral palsy awareness game tomorrow at 1 p.m.
The Wolfpack scored 14 unanswered runs through three innings, before BC got on the board after Gator Robinson reached on a throwing error, which scored Meghan Schouten. NC State went on to score three more in the top of the fourth, but the Eagles would score four of their own in the bottom of the inning to make things 17-5. In the top of the fifth, the Wolfpack added two more runs, and BC was unable to come back, making the final score 19-5. Gator Robinson, Zoe Hines, Meghan Schouten, and Sammy Horn recorded RBIs for the Eagles.
On deck: BC is back in action tomorrow for the second game of the series vs. NC State at 1:00 p.m. Tomorrow's game will be the cerebral palsy awareness game and will be streamed live on the ACC Network Extra.
