BC Continues 2025 Campaign with Bubly Invitational

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Boston College Softball continues their 2025 campaign in Gainesville with the Bubly Invitational hosted by the University of Florida. The Eagles will again play five games in three days, facing the University of Florida twice, conference foe Duke University, Binghamton University, and Providence College.

OF NOTE

BC is 3-2 so far this season, with wins coming against Florida Gulf Coast, LIU, and Indiana State.
Florida is ranked #2 in the nation, while Duke is ranked #14.
The Eagles are outscoring their opponents 16-12 and out-hitting them 31-22.
Senior Zoe Hines is off to a blazing start this season, producing some huge moments over the teams first five games - In 13 at bats so far this season, Hines has recorded six hits, two of which were doubles, driven in one run, and is slashing .462/.533/.615.
Abby Dunning headlines the Eagles in the circle. Last season, Dunning threw 182 innings across 33 outings, recording 172 strikeouts while holding opponents to a .207 batting average. She ranked 9th in the ACC with a 2.46 earned run average, and her 172 strikeouts ranked 3rd.
Hannah Slike and Emma Jackson lead the team in RBIs with three.
