Eagles' Zamor Earns Prestigious Tuition Giveaway Scholarship

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College Football redshirt junior Ismael Zamor was named a recipient of the Go Teach Dr. Pepper Tuition Giveaway scholarship, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced on Wednesday. Zamor was one of 13 recipients selected by the league, and one of just two football players.

Zamor has played in 16 career games in four seasons on The Heights, primarily on special teams and as a reserve wide receiver. The Everett, Mass. product is studying Applied Psychology and Human Development.

As a recipient of the 2025 Go Teach Dr Pepper Tuition Giveaway, Zamor will receive $2,500 on behalf of the CFP Foundation and Dr. Pepper to assist in his continued pursuit of a degree or career in education. In the coming weeks, one recipient will win the Grand Prize of an additional $10,000 in tuition support. The student-athletes were chosen by campus representatives, and the Grand Prize winner will be selected by the ACC's awards committee.
