Eagles Fly to Stanford for ACC Tournament First Round

BC takes on Stanford for the second time this season
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College men's soccer enters the ACC Tournament as the No. 15 seed and will travel to California to take on the second-seeded Stanford Cardinal on Wednesday evening in the first round. Kickoff is slated for 9:00 p.m. ET and the match will be broadcasted live on ACC Network Extra.
REGULAR SEASON FINALE VICTORY
• Boston College ended the regular season on a high note, picking up a 2-1 victory over Saint Joseph's
• Ask Ekeland scored twice for the Eagles, once in each half
• Patrick Donovan recorded one save in net to earn his third victory of the year
• BC held a 9-2 shots on goal advantage
THE EAGLES
• The Eagles enter the tournament with a 7-8-1 overall record
• BC is the No. 15 seed in the ACC Tournament after going 1-6-1 in league play
• Johannes Hanken Tjostheim leads the Eagles in points (16) and goals (8)
