BC Football’s 2025 Conference Slate Opens at Stanford

Complete Schedule to be Revealed Monday Night on ACC Network, ESPN2
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The ACC revealed every team's 2025 football conference opener on Friday evening, which included a pair of Boston College contests. The Eagles visit Stanford in week three and host California in week five. All 17 team's complete 2025 schedules will be released on Monday night during ACC Network's "ACC Huddle: Football Schedule Show" at 9 p.m.
Stanford and Cal are each entering their second season in the ACC after each spending more than a century in the Pac-12. BC and Stanford have faced off on four occasions, having last met in 2002; a home win for the Eagles. Boston College and Cal have only met once; a home win for the Eagles in 1996.
On Thursday, it was officially announced that BC's season opener will be week one against Fordham at Alumni Stadium on Aug. 30. The Big Ten released its schedule during the 2024 season and revealed that the Eagles will visit Michigan State in the return trip of a home-and-home series for week two on Sept. 6.
Monday night's special edition of "ACC Huddle" will air from 9-11 p.m. with the first hour simulcast on ESPN2.
Season tickets are on sale now at BCEagles.com. Boston College welcomes three teams from the College Football Playoff to Alumni Stadium in 2025 with Clemson, Notre Dame and SMU all visiting the Heights. BC's additional home ACC games will be against California and Georgia Tech. The Eagles' ACC road games will be at Louisville, Pittsburgh, Stanford and Syracuse. The complete schedule will be released on Monday with game times and network designations for select games announced over the summer.
