Eagles Return Home to Host UMass in Elementary Day Game

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College women's basketball returns home after a five-game road swing to host UMass at 11 a.m. inside Conte Forum in the Elementary Day Game.Â

The Eagles snapped a three-game skid and earned their first ACC-opening win since 2016-17 with a 72-57 win over Virginia on Sunday. T'yana Todd led the way with a game and season high 21 points, with 19 of her points coming in the first half. Todd shot 8-of-14 from the floor with five trifectas. Teya Sidberry posted 12 points (10 in the second half), grabbed a team-best seven rebounds and dished out three assists. Andrea Daley chipped in with 12 to round out the leading scorers, while adding three assists and three rebounds. Nine of 11 players who saw action scored and six players dished out multiple assists led by Kaylah Ivey's five. Boston College forced Virginia into a season-high 22 turnovers and 2-of-23 shooting from deep.Â
