BC closes out the 2024 fall slate with a 54-hole tournament at Nassau C.C.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- The Boston College men's golf team plays its final tournament of the 2024 fall season at the Nassau Intercollegiate, hosted by LIU at the Nassau Country Club in Glen Cove, N.Y.
The two-day, 54-hole tournament features 36 holes of continuous play on Monday, Oct. 21, followed by the third and final round of play on Tuesday.
Nassau Country Club's golf course, the host of the Nassau Intercollegiate, has an extensive history, opening in August of 1899. The club's website states that it was one of the first 50 clubs to be part of the United States Golf Association (USGA).
Earlier this year, it hosted the 2024 IKE MGA Championship, one of many Metropolitan Golf Association events Nassau CC has hosted. The Long Island based club has also hosted the 2014 U.S. Women's Amateur.
