Eagles Host Jacksonville and Green Bay Over Labor Day Weekend

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Over Labor Day Weekend, Boston College is set to play host to Jacksonville on Friday night and Green Bay on Monday night at the Newton Soccer Complex. Both non-conference matches are scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. and will air live on ACC Network Extra.

MURPHY'S LAW
• After going scoreless for the first 26 matches of his career, Jonathan Murphy has scored both of the team's goals this season through two games
• Murphy's highlight-reel strike with his left foot in the 66th minute was the eventual game-winner against Merrimack in the season opener on Aug. 24
• The junior scored again on Monday at Quinnipiac late in the first half off a centering feed from Xavier O'Neil for the rookie's first career point

VETS IN NET
• Seniors Brennan Klein and Leon Musial have each started a game in net this season with Klein taking the season opener and Musial playing on Monday at Quinnipiac
• Klein made three saves to post his fifth career shutout against Merrimack on Aug. 24 while Musial registered three saves against the Bobcats in Hamden
