BC Set To Play in Stitch Intercollegiate

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College men's golf team plays its final regular season tournament this weekend, taking part in the Stitch Intercollegiate. The 54-hole tournament will be held on Friday, April 7 and Saturday, April 8 at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course on the campus of N.C. State.

The Eagles will tee off on Friday and Saturday morning at 8 a.m. in a shotgun start format.

Located on the campus of N.C. State University, the Lonnie Poole Golf Course is the only collegiate golf course in the world designed by the legendary Arnold Palmer. In addition to being a top-flight golf course with views of the Raleigh skyline and the N.C. State campus, the facility also facilitates turfgrass and stormwater research associated with NCSU's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and serves as a teaching and training facility for the Professional Golf Management program in the College of Natural Resources.
