Eagles Head to UConn Invitational at GreatHorse

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College men's golf team heads to the UConn Invitational at GreatHorse, from Sunday-Tuesday, in Hampden, Mass.

The three-day, 54-hole hole tournament tees off on Sunday. Oct. 1 with Boston College teeing off beginning at 10:20, along with golfers from Xavier and LIU on day one.

From the elevated tee boxes to the lush fairways, GreatHorse's thoroughly reimagined and redesigned world-class course traverses breathtaking terrain. Course designer and architect Brian Silva's par-72 layout incorporates natural wetlands, mountainous views and over 207 bunkers. The real championship tees offer golfers over 7,600 yards of pristine golf action.

Former BC golfer Matt Naumec holds the course record at GreatHorse, carding a 65.
