Two-Game Home Stand Starts on Tuesday with #20/23 Clemson

BOSTON COLLEGE VS. CLEMSON - ALL-TIME SERIES

Today's game marks the 29th meeting between the two schools. BC is 8-20 all-time against Clemson, dating back to 1975-76.
In ACC regular season play, BC is 7-14 against Clemson. The two teams split their regular season series in 2021-22.
BC erased a 23-point deficit to earn a 70-68 win at Clemson on Jan. 15, 2022. The 23-point comeback tied for the biggest in ACC history.
The win also ended a nine-game slide vs. Clemson. Clemson earned a 70-60 win at BC on Feb. 26, 2022.
Head coach Earl Grant was an assistant at Clemson from 2010-14, helping guide the Tigers to an NCAA Tournament and a trip to the NIT.
Assistant coach Anthony Goins was on Brad Brownell's staff the previous two seasons, including a trip to the 2021 NCAA Tourney.
Clemson guard Brevin Galloway played for Grant for five years - four at the College of Charleston and last season at Boston College.
Galloway's 3-pointer proved to be the gamewinner in the record-setting comeback at Littlejohn Coliseum on Jan. 15, 2022.

BOSTON COLLEGE AGAINST RANKED OPPONENTS

Boston College is 68-257 overall against ranked opponents.
The Eagles are 1-4 this season against teams ranked in the Associated Press and Coaches top 25 polls.
On Dec. 21, BC downed #20/21 Virginia Tech, 70-65, in overtime, snapping a nine-game slide vs. ranked opponents.
BC lost twice to Duke - 75-59 vs. the #17/17 Blue Devils to start ACC play on Dec. 3 and 65-64 against #16/14 Duke on Jan. 7. The Eagles also fell, 88-72, at #16/15 Miami on Jan. 11 and 76-57 at #7/6 Virginia on Jan. 28.
BC was 0-1 vs. teams ranked in the top 25 in 2021-22 - dropping the lone matchup with #7/7 Duke, 71-62, on Feb. 12, 2022.

POST SPECTACULAR OVER LAST THREE

Over his last three games, Quinten Post is showing why he is one of the best all-around frontcourt players in the country.
He is averaging 25.0 points, 8.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 2.0 blocks per game. BC is 2-1 during the span.
Post had a career-high 29 points at Notre Dame on Jan. 21, following that up with 22 vs. Louisville and 24 at Virginia.
Post is one of four 50/40/90 players nationally - at least 50% FG, 40 from 3FG, and 90 from the FT line (min. 50 FGM).
Post is the first BC player since Ky Bowman from Feb. 28-March 8, 2018 to score 22 or more points in three consecutive games.

PRINCE DOESN'T SHY AWAY FROM BIG MOMENTS

Despite being a freshman, Prince Aligbe does not shy away from big moments in his first season with the Eagles.

There have been 68 11/7/4 performances this season - Zackery is one of four players nationally to do it twice.

DeMarr Langford Jr. (20) and Makai Ashton-Langford (19) scored 39 of Boston College's 72 points at #16/15 Miami.
DeMarr Langford Jr. finished with a season-high 20 points, making 10-of-13 shots from the floor, while also tallying six assists.
Makai Ashton-Langford scored 19 points on 8-of-15 shooting, while adding two assists, a steal, and a blocked shot.
The brothers combined for 18 of BC's 32 made field goals and eight of the team's 14 assists.
In the second half, the Langfords combined for 27 of the Eagles' 44 points and 12 of 20 made field goals.
It was the third-highest single-game scoring output by a pair of brothers on the same team this season.
Connor (17) and Patrick (24) McCaffrey combined for 41 against Wisconsin on Dec. 11, while Tanner (14) and Jacob (26) Groves put up 40 points for Oklahoma in a win over Central Arkansas on Dec. 17.

Boston College is 5-0 when Jaeden Zackery scores at least 15 points in a game this season.
On Jan. 25, Zackery scored 14 of his 15 points in the second half (5-8 FG; 3-3 3FG) in a win over Louisville.
Zackery scored a season-high and game-high 18 points in the win over Notre Dame on Jan. 3.
The sophomore guard tallied 14 of his 18 points over the final 10 minutes of play in the second half against the Irish.
He made a career-high seven field goals in the game, while adding four boards and three assists in 37 minutes.
Prior to scoring 16 points vs. Wyoming, he had tallied 11 points in his previous two games - including a season-low four points against Tarleton State, going without a field goal for the first time in his career to that point (39 games).
