
Eagles Ready to Host First Meet at Eagle Invitational

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College men's track & field team is set to host their first ever meet at the TRACK at new balance this Friday, January 20. The Eagle Elite Invitational is scheduled to kick off at 3:30 p.m.
LAST TIME OUT
The Eagles are building off of their performance at the Suffolk Ice Breaker Invitational - their first meet since December 3. BC saw eight top-10 finishes in that meet, including six top-five performances across four events.
Edward Tristine led the individual events with a second-place finish in the 800m run, followed by Ryan Murray (third), Eero Helenius (fifth). Max McQuide (200m) was also able to secure a top-five finish in a third-place performance.
Eddie Kelly was named Eagle of The Week for his efforts in the 400m (4th/30) and 4x400m relay (second).
SENIOR SHOUTOUT
Boston College will recognize their senior class and families during the meet at 5:00 p.m. on the infield of the track.

UP NEXT
The Eagles are back in action on January 27-28 when they take a trip down Commonwealth Avenue to compete in Boston University's John Thomas Terrier Classic.
