Bernabei-McNamee Announces Wisdom-Hylton as Recruiting Coordinator

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College women's basketball head coach Joanna Bernabei-McNamee has announced Lindsay Wisdom-Hylton as the new recruiting coordinator.
"I am thrilled that Lindsay has agreed to be our recruiting coordinator," said Coach Bernabei-McNamee. " Her elite organizational skills and infectious personality will allow her to excel in this elevated role. Coach Wiz is more than ready for the added responsibility, and I am excited to watch her continued growth."
Wisdom-Hylton enters her second season on the Heights after working primarily with the posts in her first year as an assistant. She helped develop Maria Gadkeng into an All-ACC performer while breaking the single-season program record for blocks and led all freshmen in the country in the category. Gakdeng led the Eagles in rebounding (6.3 rpg), blocks and field goal percentage at a 58.3 percent shooting clip.
She spent seven seasons on the Purdue sidelines after earning two honorable mention All-America honors for the Boilermakers as a player. She also spent four seasons in the WNBA after being drafted in the first round in 2009.
