Men's Track Performs Well At The Penn Relays

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Boston College's 4x800m relay team placed 11th in the College Men's 4x800m relay on Saturday at the Penn Relays. The foursome of Steven Jackson, John Wacker, Erik Linden, and David Scherrer clocked 7:39.92. Scherrer's anchor split was 1:52.41.

On Friday, the Eagles' quartet of Jalon Williams, Max McQuide, Jackson Sigalove, and Eddie Kelly finished second in the College Men's Sprint Medley at the prestigious Penn Relays on Friday. BC's sprint medley relay clocked a time of 3:28.40.

BC's distance medley team of Scherrer, Marcus Manson, Denis Gallagher, and Jackson raced in the Championship of America, finishing 13th in a time of 9:57.43.
