Manson Takes First in 400m Hurdles at Yellow Jacket Invitational

Eagles post a pair of PR's in the 800m; McQuide wins long jump
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Marcus Manson won the 400m hurdles, highlighting Boston College's second day of competition at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, held at Georgia Tech.
Manson clocked a time of 53.31 to win the event. Jackson Sigalove was sixth, in a personal-best 56.49.
David Scherrer ran a PR in the 800m, finishing third in a time of 1:50.98. Steven Jackson also registered a new PR in the 800m, crossing the line in 1:53.08.
On Friday, Max McQuide registered the 10th-best long jump mark in program history. McQuide won the event, with a leap of 7.15m - 23'5.5".
