
Lacrosse Announces 2023 Schedule

Eagles Open Play on Feb. 11th Versus USC
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College lacrosse announced its 2023 spring schedule. Boston College will play eight home games, seven away contests, and a neutral-site game in Jacksonville, Fla.Â
The Eagles finished 19-4 en route to a fifth consecutive national title appearance in 2022. Boston College is 102-21 since the 2017 season, while the 102 victories in that span are the most in the nation.
BC will open the season with back-to-back home dates, starting with USC in the opener on Feb. 11th before facing UMass four days later on the 15th.Â
The Eagles' first away game will take place against one of the other three Final Four participants, Northwestern, on Feb. 19th.Â
Opening up ACC action is a Feb. 25th showdown against Duke. An ACC and national championship rematch takes place on March 4th against UNC in Chapel Hill, followed by back-to-back home contests against Brown (March 8th) and Louisville (March 11th).Â
Boston College will play three straight road contests, starting with its first-ever matchup against Clemson on March 16th. The Tigers are in their first year of lacrosse competition.Â
The Eagles will then head to Jacksonville, Fla. for a neutral-site game against Denver in an NCAA Tournament rematch. Boston College faces Virginia Tech on March 25th to wrap up the road swing.Â
A March 29th home contest against Dartmouth awaits before hosting Pitt on April 1st.Â
Three of the final four games will be on the road, starting with Notre Dame on April 8th in South Bend. BC makes the short trip to Boston on April 12th to take on Boston University.Â
The home finale will be against Virginia three days later, followed by the regular-season finale on April 20th versus Syracuse in New York.Â
