
Eagles Seek ACC/B1G Challenge Win Versus Rutgers

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College women's basketball team seeks to help the ACC in the last ACC/B1G Challenge against Rutgers on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Conte Forum on NESN.Â

Boston College finished 1-1 at the Puerto Rico Clasico last weekend with a win over Morgan State before falling to Stephen F. Austin on Saturday. BC wrapped up a stretch of three games in four days last week. Highlighting the weekend was Andrea Daley's career-high 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting from the field.Â
ACC/B1G Challenge History
The Eagles are 4-7 all-time in the "Challenge" following last season's 86-69 victory against Penn State. BC is looking for back-to-back wins in the "Challenge" for the first time since the 2009-10 seasons. Eight of the 11 games have been decided by 10 points or less.Â

- Watch if the Eagles' defense can bounce back after allowing Stephen F. Austin to shoot over 50 percent from the field. BC is 5-0 this season when its opponent shoots 45 percent or less.
- See if BC can get back to being more consistent at the line. The Eagles shot only 57.7 percent from the line at the Puerto Rico Clasico after shooting 77.7 percent over the four games prior.Â
