North, Urbank Named to Tewaaraton Award Watch List

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Seniors Charlotte North and Cara Urbank of the Boston College women's lacrosse team have been named to the 2021 Tewaaraton Award Watch List, as announced by the foundation Thursday.

This is the third time North has been named to the watch list and the second time Urbank has.
Â
North has hit the ground running in 2021, registering 17 goals and two assists for 19 points in four games this year. The Dallas native has a .586 shooting percentage and a .931 SOG%. North also has 26 draw controls and three ground balls. In the season opener, North tied her career-high with eight goals against Albany. Prior to the season she was named to both the Preseason All-ACC team and the Inside Lacrosse Preseason All-America second team.

Urbank, an Inside Lacrosse Preseason All-America honorable mention, has nine goals and five assists for 14 points so far this year. Hailing from Mineloa, New York, she has 14 draw controls and three caused turnovers this year. She has 104 goals and 37 assists throughout her career totaling 141 points.
