BOSTON COLLEGE VS. DARTMOUTH - ALL-TIME SERIES
- Today's game marks the 31st meeting between the two schools.
- Boston College is 22-8 all-time vs. Dartmouth, dating back to 1904-05.
- The last meeting came on Jan. 13, 2018, with BC winning, 86-72.
- Big Green assistant coach Josh Einhorn served as a graduate manager at Boston College from 2018-20.
- BC has won its last seven meetings with the Big Green.
- Boston College is 94-30 in games versus Ivy League opponents.
- Harvard is BC's' most common Ivy League foe (51 meetings; 35-16).

- Three transfers will suit up for Boston College this season.
- Brevin Galloway is a graduate transfer from the College of Charleston.
- Last season, the 6-2, 200 lb. guard was averaging 15.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 2.8 assists - including a 27-point/5-rebound/4-assist/3-steal performance vs. Marshall - before suffering a season-ending knee injury.
- T.J. Bickerstaff is a transfer from Drexel. A junior academically, the 6-9, 210 lb. forward has three years of eligibility remaining.
- Last year, averaging 10.2 points and 4.1 rebounds in 20 games, as the Dragons advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
- Quinten Post is a 7-0 forward who transferred to Boston College from Mississippi State. He has three seasons of eligibility.
- Last season, when the athletic post man scored six points or more, MSU was 5-2.
- While at CofC, Brevin Galloway averaged 12.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 1.5 steals in two games vs. ACC foes.
- In the 2020-21 opener, Galloway scored 15 points - knocking down 3-of-6 from the perimeter - at North Carolina.
- As a junior, Galloway talllied 10 points in a non-conference matchup against Wake Forest.
- T. J. Bickerstaff registered 19 points, five rebounds, and two steals at Pitt last season while at Drexel.
- Makai Ashton-Langford enters his fourth season of college basketball in 2021-22.
- Last season, the point guard from Worcester, Mass. posted career-highs averages in scoring (9.6 ppg), rebounding (3.3), assists (3.2), and steals (1.7) in 15 games played.
- Over the final four games of the 2020-21 season, he averaged 13.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, 4.8 assists - one of just two ACC players to post those averages over the final stretch of the regular season.
- During that span, the 6-3 guard shot nearly 56% from the floor (20-36) and 40% from 3FG (6-15), while posting an assist/turnover ratio of 2.71:1 (19:7) and a steal/turnover ratio of 0.86:1 (6:7).
- Ashton-Langford ranked 56th nationally in steal percentage (3.6) and 201st in assist rate (24.5) per KenPom.

- He added six rebounds, two assists, and a steal in BC's second win over the Irish in the last 18 tries.
- Earlier, at home against #22/21 Virginia, Langford Jr. tallied a then season-high 14 points.

- In 18 games, Langford Jr. averaged 6.7 points and 4.2 boards while adding 1.4 assists, and 1.1 steals per game.
- As a starter, Langford Jr. averaged 9.0 points, 5.1 boards, 2.0 assists, and 1.2 steals in nine games.
- Langford Jr. - nicknamed Boo by his grandmother - is the younger brother of starting point guard Makai Ashton-Langford.
- On Nov. 26, 2020 vs. Rhode Island, they became the first brothers who are Massachusetts natives to start the same game for BC.
- Frederick Scott enters his final season as a collegian having connected on nearly 40% from beyond the arc.
- Scott - a 6-8, 230 lb. forward - has made 108 of-279 shots from the outside in 103 career games.
- In limited action last season, Scott averaged 7.6 points and 3.9 boards.
- The grad transfer from Munster, Ind. came off the bench to score 18 points vs. Notre Dame on Feb. 27.
- Between Rider and BC, Scott has compiled 1,203 career points and a career 11.7 points per game average.
- James Karnik saw action in 14 games in 2020-21 for Boston College, missing three games prior to gaining his eligibility waiver.
- The 6-9 forward averaged 6.8 points and 5.4 rebounds per game, ranking third on the team on the glass.
- Karnik led BC with 20 points (8-13 FG) - one off his career-high - to go with eight boards vs. Syracuse on Dec. 12, 2020.
- As a starter, the Surrey, British Columbia product averaged nearly 8.0 points to go with 6.3 boards per game.
- He scored in double figures twice and had seven or more rebounds on six occasions.
- Four Boston College freshmen are making their Division I debuts tonight vs. Dartmouth.
- Kanye Jones is a 6-4 guard from Orlando. Jones originally committed to Earl Grant at Charleston before signing at BC.
- A 2020-21 FHSAA Class 7A All-State pick, he averaged nearly 21.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.0 steals.
- Devin McGlockton is a 6-7 forward from Cumming, Ga. McGlockton earned All-State accolades in football and basketball.
- As a senior, he led South Forsyth H.S. to a record 23 wins as he averaged 18.0 points and 10.0 boards per outing.
- Gianni Thompson is a 6-8 forward from Newton, Ma. He was rated as a four-star recruit on 247Sports.com.
- As a junior, he was an All-NEPSAC selection at Brimmer & May, averaging 19.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game.
- Jaeden Zackery is a 6-2 guard from Salem, Wisc. He was a 2020-21 Third Team NJCAA All-American at Chipola College.
- Zackery averaged 12.5 points, 3.8 boards, and 4.2 assists for Chipola, which finished 23-5, winning the Panhandle Conference.
