Eagles Compete at ACC Indoor Championships

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The Boston College men's track and field team closed the 2020 ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday, Feb. 29 in South Bend, Indiana, placing 14th.
On Friday, Marcus Manson ran a 48.03 in the 400m to break the BC record in the event.Â
Sean Sullivan then qualified for the final in the men's mile with a time of 4:07.50 to place ninth. He then finished just outside All-ACC honors, finishing seventh in the final of the mile with a time of 4:04.77.
Avery Mckenzie hit a new PR in the triple jump, reaching a mark of 15.27m (50-1.25). He finished a quarter-of-an-inch short of qualifying for the event finals.

BC is back next weekend to compete in the IC4A Championships on March 7-8.
