Eight Selected to All-Northeast Region Teams

A program-high eight Eagles highlight the IWLCA All-Region teams

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Eight members of the Boston College women's lacrosse team highlight the IWLCA All-Northeast Region Teams, as announced by the association on Tuesday. The eight total selections and six First-Team placements are the most amongst any Division I program.

Seniors Sam Apuzzo, Dempsey Arsenault and Elizabeth Miller each earn their third career All-Northeast Region selection, joined by graduate student Kenzie Kent with her second career honor. Junior Cara Urbank and sophomore Abbey Ngai were also named to the First Team, earning their first All-Region Team placements. Six All-Northeast Region First Team selections ties a program-high for the Eagles.

Senior Hannah Hyatt was named to the Second Team, earning her second career All-Region recognition while junior Sheila Rietano joined for her first year on the list.

The Eagles are set to continue their season into their third consecutive Final Four, as they take on North Carolina on Friday at 5:00 p.m. in Baltimore.
