- The Eagles lost the lone midweek game to UMass, 8-3.
- Last weekend sophomore Emme Martinez went 8-for-10 with six RBI in the series against Syracuse. In the final game on Sunday, Martinez went 4-for-4 with three RBI at the plate. The sophomore earned Eagle of the Week honors for her performance. Â
- Freshman Ellie Mataya tallied her third multi-hit game vs. UMass on Wednesday. She also stole two bases and scored two runs.

After losing all three games during the regular season to NC State, the Eagles defeated the Wolfpack, 2-0, behind a two-run single by Renee Ramos in the first inning. Britney Thompson earned the win, while the catcher in the game was current BC HC Ashley Obrest.
- The Eagles have won the last four meetings.
- Last year BC swept all three games in Raleigh. BC won the first game 6-2. The second game the Eagles defeated the Wolfpack, 12-2, in five innings. The final game went nine innings as the Eagles earned a 5-3 win. Senior Chloe Sharabba went 3-for-4 with 3 RBI in the win.
