CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College women's cross country team prepares to run at the 2019 NCAA Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Nov. 23 at 11:15 a.m. in Terre Haute, Indiana.

How BC Got Here
Boston College's postseason began at the ACC Championships, where the Eagles placed seventh. Isabelle Kennedy and Lauren White earned All-ACC honors for finishing in 11th and 17th, respectively.
Then, at the NCAA Northeast Regional, the Eagles ran to a third-place finish with 133 points and just missing out on the Northeast auto-bid behind Cornell at 126 points. Kennedy, White and Anna Oeser all earned all-region honors for finishing in the top-25 at the meet.
The Eagles learned of their fate at the selection show, where they were picked as an at-large bid to run at the Championships.
A Familiar Destination
This is BC's 20th appearance at the NCAA Cross Country Championships. BC has has one top-four finish, three top-10 finishes and an all-time best finish of fourth. The last time the Eagles made the NCAA Championships as a team was 2014, when BC finished in 21st. That year, Liv Westphal finished in 30th and earned All-America honors.
