Li, Lui Lead Eagles To Second Place

CANTON, Mass. – The women's golf team placed second at Boston College Intercollegiate, three shots behind eventual winner Western Kentucky held at Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, Mass. College of Charleston placed third, while Brown and Boston University rounded out the top five.

Western Kentucky's Mary Joiner and College of Charleston's Jodee Tindal tied in first as they both finished +4.

Boston College was buoyed by senior Ailin Li and sophomore Bibilani Liu as both finished in seventh place. Li's two days of golf had her shoot a 76, 74 on Monday and a final round of 76 for a +10 for the tournament. Liu finished with two 75's on Monday and a 76 in the final round for a +10.

Senior Katie Kim had a solid week as she placed tied in 17 at +13. She shot a low round of 74 on Monday. Freshman Alexa Rivas shot a low round of 75 on Monday and finished tied in 29^th.
