Boston College will host Columbia on Sunday (Dec. 1) at Conte Forum for the first of six home games in the month of December. The game will be streamed live on ACC Network Extra.

The Eagles are currently 6-1 and looking to rebound from a tough home loss on Tuesday night against Providence.

BC vs. COLUMBIA
- This will be the second meeting between BC and Columbia. Last year, the Lions defeated BC, 68-60, despite 22 points from Georgia Pineau.
- Columbia and BC both have played Houston. The Lions lost to the Cougars, 83-72, at home, on Nov. 21. The Eagles won a road game, 64-57, on Nov. 18.
- The two teams will also play Dartmouth. BC hosts the Big Green on Dec. 29, while Columbia plays them in conference on Feb. 9 and March 8.
- Columbia is coming off an overtime loss at St. Joe's on Thursday, 68-61. The Lions have lost five consecutive games.

- Junior Emma Guy posted a double-double (16 points, 14 rebounds) in the last game vs. Providence. Guy has now six career double-doubles. She is fourth in the ACC in field goal percentage (60.9) and 14th in rebounding.
- BC freshman Marnelle Garraud was named the ACC Rookie of the Week on Monday. She was also chosen as the Eagle of the Week and National Jesuit Player of the Week. Garraud is 14th in the ACC in scoring (15 ppg.) and third in free throw percentage (90.0%). The Eagles guard is also third in the ACC in three-pointers made (19) and fourth in three-point field goal percentage (50%).
- Junior Taylor Ortlepp is second in the ACC in assist to turnover ratio (3.2). The junior leads the Eagles in minutes played (30.6 mpg.) and has just 10 turnovers. She also leads BC in assists with 33.
- The Eagles are third in the ACC in scoring at 81.7 points per game.
- The team is also second in scoring average (+23.1), first in assists (18.9 apg.), first in offensive rebounds (328), seventh in defensive rebounds (237) and second in rebounding margin (+13.0).
