CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College women's soccer team will host ACC foe NC State on Sunday at 1 p.m. The Eagles are currently in second place in the conference with a 4-1-0 record and a 12-1-0 overall record.

Boston College defeated Virginia Tech, 3-0, behind three goals from sophomore midfielder Sam Coffey. Fellow sophomore Jillian Jennings tallied an assist in the win. The Eagles defense held the Hokies to just one shot on goal. The defense gave up only six shots and three corner kicks. BC's offense had nine shots, four on goal.

NC State defeated Syracuse, 6-3, behind three goals by Maxine Blackwood. Syracuse had a 12-7 edge in shots over NC State in the match. Both teams earned three corner kicks apiece.
