Ailin Li ties in 37th at first tournament of the season.
The Boston College women's golf team finished 12th overall (310, 307, 321 – 938 +62) at the Ocean Course Invitational in Kiawah Island, South Carolina in a two-day competition on Sept. 4-5. The top Eagles golfer was junior Ailin Li who placed 37th at +10, while freshman Bibilani Liu placed 45th overall (+12) in her first collegiate golf tournament.

BC HIGHLIGHTS
- Junior Ailin Li had a strong showing in the first tournament of the season. On Monday, Li opened the tournament with a 74. She was one over on the front nine and finished with 10 pars and two birdies.
- Freshman Bibilani Liu shot a team-low 71 in her second round. She had four birdies, three on the front nine as she finished two-under on the front nine and even par in the back.
- Junior Katie Kim finished tied in 61st at +19 for the tournament. Her best round was a 76 on the final day. She had two birdies and 11 pars in the round.
