- Junior Chloe Sharabba went 2-for-2 with a run, and RBI and a walk.
- Senior Taylor Coroneos hit 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run.
- Junior Annie Murphy batted 1-for-3 with two runs and an RBI.
- Junior Jessica Dreswick (15-6) threw a complete game, allowing only two earned runs and striking out three.
- BC scored four runs in the sixth inning, which included four straight scoring plays.
- Six Eagles recorded an RBI. Senior Tatiana Cortez, junior Jordan Chimento and sophomore Allyson Moore each posted one.

BC had runners on first and third in the bottom of the fifth. Chimento shot a sacrifice fly to deep left to score Murphy from third and give BC a 2-1 lead.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Sharabba singled in the bottom of the first, and Cortez reached on a fielder's choice. Chimento walked to load the bases. Then Moore trickled a single down the left-field line to score Sharabba to give BC a 1-0 lead.
- In the fourth, Louisville's Jenna Jordan singled and advanced to second on an error. Then Megan Hensley singled to center. Morgan Meyer followed with a single to left to score Jordan, tying the game 1-1.
- Murphy led off the fifth with a walk, and Sharabba singled. Cortez hit a sacrifice fly to deep right to push Murphy to third, setting up Chimento's RBI play to give BC a 2-1 advantage.
- Sophomore Lexi DiEmmanuele and senior Jordan Weed led off the sixth with consecutive singles. Then sophomore Dani Thomas pushed them to second and third with a sacrifice grounder. Coroneos hit a well-placed blooper to short left to reach base and score DiEmmanuele for BC's 3-1 lead.
- Murphy followed Coroneos with a single to right, scoring Weed to generate a 4-1 advantage.
- Louisville changed pitchers in the bottom of the sixth, but it didn't halt BC's momentum. Sharabba hit a sacrifice grounder to the pitcher, allowing Coroneos to score and increase the Eagles' lead to 5-1.
- Cortez singled to left to score Murphy and give BC a 6-1 lead in the sixth.
- Louisville's Nicole Pufahl hit a solo homer in the seventh to cut BC's lead to 6-2. However, it's all the Cardinals got before BC recorded the final out.
