BC HIGHLIGHTS
- Senior Tatiana Cortez went 3-for-4 with two home runs, including a two-run walk-off. She recorded four RBI off two two-run home runs, giving her 11 homers and 43 RBI – both team leads. Cortez has posted four or more RBI in three games and has a team-leading 10 multi-RBI games.
- BC generated a six-run rally NC State led, 6-1, in the top of the fourth.
- BC clinched a spot in the ACC Softball Championship.
- Senior Jordan Weed pitched 3.2 perfect innings in relief.
- Senior Taylor Coroneos batted 3-for-4. She leads BC with a .346 batting average and 19 multi-hit games.
- Senior Madison Paulson hit a double off the top of the left-field wall.
- Junior Jordan Chimento recorded her sixth home run. She and Cortez hit back-to-back homers.
- Sophomore Lexi DiEmmanuele went 3-for-3 with a triple, two runs and her 29th stolen base.

- BC hosted Senior Day and Back the Blue Day. The Eagles recognized their four seniors before the game. Back the Blue Day was dedicated to Ronny Cortez – Tatiana Cortez's father and a 24-year veteran of the Houston Police Department who was wounded in the line of duty.
- The Eagles have won six of their seven ACC series.

NC State led, 6-5, in the bottom of the seventh. Sharabba stood on first. Cortez homered over the centerfield wall to walk off with the victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- NC State's Cheyenne Balzer hit a two-run home run in the second to generate a 2-0 lead.
- BC cut NC State's lead to 2-1 in the bottom of the second. DiEmmanuele tripled to deep center. Sophomore Allyson Moore hit a sacrifice fly to score her.
- The Wolfpack's Alyssa Compton hit a two-RBI double in the third to make it 4-1.
- NC State increased their lead to 6-1 with singles in the fourth from Tyler Ross and Jade Caraway.
- Weed entered during the top of the fourth to stabilize the game for BC.
- The Eagles began their rally in the bottom of the fourth. DiEmmanuele singled up the middle and stole second. Moore singled through the right side, pushing DiEmmanuele to third. Freshman Brenna Griesser pinch ran for Moore. Griesser attempted to steal second and got caught in a rundown, but DiEmmanuele took advantage to score, making it 6-2.
- BC hit back-to-back home runs in the fifth to cut NC State's lead to 6-5. Murphy singled up the middle, and Cortez hit a two-run shot to right center. Chimento homered in the same area of the field.
- Sharabba singled through the left side to open the seventh. Cortez had a 1-2 count before launching another home run to walk off with the victory.
