HOW IT HAPPENED
- Murphy hit a sacrifice grounder to second, scoring DiEmmanuele to give the Eagles a 1-0 lead in the top of the first.
- Coroneos singled up the middle to score Hixenbaugh, giving BC a 2-0 lead in the second.
- DiEmmanuele followed Coroneos, reaching on a fielder's choice. Then Sharabba's homer made it 4-0.
- Murphy led off the fourth with a double. Cortez recorded a sacrifice to advance Murphy to third. Junior Jordan Chimento grounded out to second base to score Murphy, giving BC a 5-0 lead.
- BC added six runs in the fifth to take an 11-0 lead. Freshman Brenna Griesser hit a two-RBI double to give the Eagles a 7-0 advantage. DiEmmanuele plated Griesser on a double and then scored that inning on a wild pitch to make it 9-0. Then Murphy hit a two-run home run.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- DiEmmanuele opened the game with a double. Sharabba followed with a double to right center, plating DiEmmanuele to give BC a 1-0 lead in the top of the first.
- The Eagles and Cougars scored two runs each in the second inning. Hixenbaugh scored on an error in the top of the second. Then Coroneos scored on Sharabba's sacrifice grounder.
- Cortez led off the third inning with a homer, giving BC a 4-2 lead.
- Coroneos singled up the middle and stole second in the top of the fourth. DiEmmanuele reached on an error to plate Coroneos, generating a 5-2 BC lead.
- Houston's Sarah Queen hit a solo homer in the bottom of the fourth.
- The Eagles took a 7-3 lead in the top of the fifth. Senior Madison Paulson scored on a throwing error. Later in the inning, freshman Jules Trevino singled to score Griesser.
- Cortez hit her second home run of the game, a three-run shot in the sixth inning.
- With the bases loaded, Chimento singled to left field and advanced to second on a throwing error, scoring Murphy and Sharabba.
- Friedt closed the game with two shutout innings.
