The Eagles are coming off a 68-60 road loss to Columbia on Wednesday. Sophomore Georgia Pineau shot 8-for-9 from the floor and finished with a career-high 22 points. She also had four boards and three blocks.

Fairfield is currently 2-5 on the season. The Stags are coming off a 78-67 victory over Lowell at home. Samantha Cooper led the team with 24 points and six rebounds. The win stopped a two-game road skid. The Stags lost to Lehigh (56-52) on the road followed by a home loss to UNH (71-61).

- Sophomore Taylor Ortlepp went 10-for-10 from the foul line in the win over Houston. The Australian native is the first player since Katie Zenevitch to hit 10 or more foul shots without a miss. Zenevitch went 12-for-12 from the line against Northwestern on Nov. 28, 2012. The BC record for the most free throws made in a game was 17 by Sarah Behn against Georgetown on Jan. 13, 1993. She was 17-of-17 on the night.
- Rookie Milan Bolden-Morris has scored in double-figures in the first five games. In the last two games, she has scored nine against BU and just five against Columbia. She is averaging 12.4 points per game and shooting 40 percent from the floor. The last BC rookie to reach that feat was Carolyn Swords who scored in double-figures in the nine of her first 10 games. Stefanie Murphy hit in double-figures in 10 of her first 12 games, while Kelly Hughes five of her first six games. Nicole Boudreau notched double-figures in seven of her first eight games.
- With six rebounds against Houston, Martina Mosetti reached the 200 career rebound plateau.
- Sophomore Georgia Pineau is just two assists from 100 career helpers. She needs five rebounds to reach the 200 plateau. Pineau missed two games (Houston & Minnesota) and finally returned to the lineup against BU.
- Freshman Sydney Lowery is shooting 85 percent from the foul line (22-of-26) this season to lead the Eagles. The team is shooting just 67 percent this season. BC was shooting over 74 percent until Wed. when the Eagles missed 11 free throws at Columbia.
- Graduate senior Andie Anastos had four steals in the loss at BU on Sunday. She now leads BC with nine steals, while rookie Sydney Lowery is second with eight.

BC also set a record on Dec. 2. 2010, when the Eagles defeated Penn State, 113-104, in overtime at the ACC Big Ten Challenge. It was the most points scored by the Eagles in program history. In that game, former BC point guard Jaclyn Thoman notched a career-high 25 points. Current BC graduate assistant Mia Nickson also played in that game for Penn State.
