Women's Team Wins Share of Northeast Fencing Championship

The Boston College women's fencing team shared the Northeast Fencing Conference Team Title with Brandeis University this season. The two teams finished the season with an 11-1 overall record.

Freshman Rahul Tasker, from Trumbull, Connecticut, earned Northeast Fencing Conference All-Star second team honors in men's sabre event. Tasker went 18-7 in the event this past season.

Senior Marney Krupat went 27-3 in the women's sabre event to hear second team honors. Krupat, a native of Bedminster, New Jersey, earned a silver medal in the sabre event at the New England Championships at Wellesley College in February.
