BC HIGHLIGHTS
- Sophomore Annie Murphy went 2-of-5 at the plate with a home run and a run scored. She was one of three Eagles to register a hit in both games.
- Sophomore Allyson Frei hurled seven innings allowing three hits and striking out three while conceding two runs in Game 2.
- Senior Jessie Daulton collected a hit in Game 2 and has now registered a base knock in seven of the last eight games.
GAME 1

- Florida State tacked on four in the second inning and never let Boston College get within three runs the rest of the way.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Seminoles broke the game open with two outs in the top of the second inning. Cali Harrod got things started lacing a triple to deep right field that scored a pair. Morgan Kalevemann followed that up with a single to the pitcher that brought home Harrod. Ellie Cooper capped off the inning's scoring, lacing a single to center field that scored Kalevemann and made it 4-0.
- The Eagles answered in the bottom half of the inning, as Murphy lifted the first pitch she saw over the center field fence to cut the deficit to 4-1.
- Florida State added two more in the top of the fourth as Cooper homered to left center with a runner on to increase the lead to 6-1.
- Boston College added another in the bottom of the fifth when freshman Carly Severini knocked a single to right field to score sophomore Chloe Sharabba.
- The Seminoles pulled away in the top of the sixth, adding four runs to extend their lead to 10-2. A Jessica Warren double brought home the first run of the inning. Zoe Casas would then reach on a fielders choice with a run scoring off a throwing error. Carsyn Gordon would drive in the final two runs of the inning with a single to center field.

- The Seminoles got started in the top of the first. Alex Powers lifted one over the right centerfield fence with a runner on for a 2-0 edge.
