BC HIGHLIGHTS
- Senior Megan Cooley went 2-of-4 at the plate with one RBI and one run scored.
- Sophomore Allyson Frei hurled 6.1 innings, allowing three hits and one earned run while striking out six.
- Sophomore Jessica Dreswick pitched 4.2 shutout innings of relief, conceding three hits and walking two, picking up her seventh win of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Eagles drew blood first, as Daulton reached on a fielder's choice, scoring Cooley to stake the team to a 1-0 lead midway through the fifth.
- The Yellow Jackets answered in the bottom of the seventh, loading the bases with one out. A Chishom ground ball to the pitcher would plate Kowalewicz.
- Boston College took advantage of a bases loaded situation of their own in the top of the 11th, scoring three runs. Freshman Carly Severini and Cooley both were hit by pitches to bring home the first two. Junior Taylor Coroneos followed up with a single to cap the scoring, plating sophomore Annie Murphy.

BC HIGHLIGHTS
- Boston College is off to their best start since 1998 when the team began 21-4-1.
- Senior Megan Cooley went 4-of-4 at the plate with one stolen base.
- Sophomore Jordan Chimento was 1-of-2 with a home run and three RBI's. She also scored two runs.
- Junior Tatiana Cortez went 1-of-3 with three RBI's and a home run. It was her team-leading seventh homer of the season.
- Sophomore Jessica Dreswick threw five shutout innings for the complete game. She came within an out of a no-hitter before allowing her only hit of the game.
- The Eagles have now won five straight games and 12 of their last 13. Â Â

- Boston College scored nine runs during the first three innings to jump ahead 9-0.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Eagles wasted no time picking up where they left off in game one, as Chimento lifted one over the left field fence with two on. Senior Jessie Daulton and Cooley scored on the play.
- Boston College added five more in the second to break the game wide open. Daulton got things started, singling to bring home junior Taylor Coroneos. Sophomore Chloe Sharabba followed up with a sacrifice fly to center field that plated Cooley. Then with two on, Cortez hit a home run to extend the lead to 8-0.
- The Eagles kept it going in the third, as freshman Loren DiEmmanuele stole home to push the lead to nine.
