• Senior Dennis Clifford recorded 13 points and five rebounds as Boston College lost to Notre Dame, 82-54, on January 7 at Conte Forum.
• He was 4-for-5 from the field and hit all five of his foul shots.
• Graduate student Eli Carter also scored 13 points.
• Freshman Jerome Robinson had 11 points and three steals.
• Boston College led early, 9-4, but Notre Dame scored 12 unanswered points over two minutes to take a 16-9 lead.
• That ignited a 21-4 run that made it a 25-13 Irish lead with 5:39 left in the half.
• BC cut the deficit to seven, but Notre Dame scored the last six points of the half to take a 37-24 lead at the break.
