The Eagles host Clemson for a three-game series beginning on Friday, April 10 at 2:30 p.m. BC hosts its Third Annual Wounded Warrior Project Game on Saturday and will done new Under Armour camouflage uniforms to honor current and former U.S. military.
On Thursday, April 9, the Eagles welcome veterans to The Heights for the annual softball game at Shea Field. It will begin at 3:30 p.m. Beforehand, Wounded Warrior Jason Braase will tell his story at 2:30 p.m. in the Yawkey Athletic Center's Murray Room. All are welcome.

BC HIGHLIGHTS
- Junior Chris Shaw was 2-for-4 on the afternoon, extending his hit streak to 14 games, which is tied for fifth in BC record books, dating back to 2005. His career long is 16 games, set last year.
- Senior RHP Eric Stone tallied his second win of the season with a five-inning performance. He allowed just three hits, one run, one walk and struck out four. He retired the first 11 batters he faced.
- Freshman Jake Palomaki earned two walks, including one that brought home a run, extending his on-base streak to 14 games. He has drawn at least two walks in the last four games.
- Sophomore Michael Strem was 1-for-3 with an RBI single. He has reached base safely in the last 15 games.
- Redshirt junior LHP Tyler Hinchliffe picked up his first save of the season, pitching the final 2.2 innings, allowing just one hit and one walk while striking out four.
- Redshirt junior RHP Geoffrey Murphy threw 1.1 innings of scoreless relief. He allowed two walks, did not give up a hit and struck out one.
KEY PLAYS
- The Huskies took a 1-0 lead in the fourth as Stone surrendered his only walk in a two-out, bases-loaded situation, but the Eagles responded by scoring three runs in the bottom of the inning to take the lead.
- Murphy and Hinchliffe did not allow a run in the final four frames, allowing just one hit and combining to strike out five to get BC the win.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- After retiring the first 11 batters he faced, Stone gave up back-to-back singles and hit one to load the bases in the top of the fourth. Pat Madigan drew a walk to bring in the first run of the game before Stone came back with a strikeout to end the inning.
- With reliever RHP Brian Christian on the mound, BC tallied three runs in the bottom of the inning to take the lead. The Eagles loaded the bases on two walks and a single by Shaw. Freshman Donovan Casey drew a walk to tie the game at one. With two down, sophomore Johnny Adams was hit by a pitch to bring in the next BC run before Palomaki's patience at the plate paid off, scoring the third run on another walk.
- The Eagles tallied one more run in the eighth with RHP John Amendola throwing. Junior Joe Cronin led off with a walk and with the hit and run on, Shaw laced up to center, moving Cronin to third. Strem drove his teammate in with a single to left center.

- It marks the first time the Eagles will go to the championship game since 2011, when they defeated the Huskies, 6-1, for the title.
- BC has collected 10 Beanpot titles, the most of any school.
- Tickets are on sale for the 2015 Beanpot at Fenway Park on Wednesday, April 22 by visiting www.redsox.com/beanpot. The consolation game will start at 3 p.m. and the championship game will take place 45 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. Tickets cost $10 and all proceeds benefit the Pete Frates No. 3 Fund.
- The Eagles will play the winner of the Harvard-Massachusetts game, which was moved to April 13.
