BC HIGHLIGHTS
- Freshman midfielder Kenzie Kent notched a career high five goals while senior attacker Covie Stanwick led the Eagles with six tallies to propel Boston College to victory.
- Freshman Kaileen Hart recorded her first collegiate goal against the Wildcats Saturday afternoon.
TURNING POINT
- The Eagles went on an 11-goal run to begin the second half to pull away from UNH and establish a dominant 19-5 lead that the Wildcats could not surmount.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- UNH played the Eagles tough in the first half. After the first 30 minutes of play, the Wildcats trailed BC by just three goals.
- Boston College broke out immediately in the second half, with eight different Eagles contributing to an 11-goal run to give BC a 19-5 advantage.
- The Wildcats broke up the Maroon & Gold offensive onslaught with two goals of their own in the final minutes, but could not cut a dent into the BC lead.
