Chestnut Hill, Mass. - Boston College head baseball coach Mike Gambino discussed the weekend series against NC State, where the Eagles (7-13, 1-7 ACC) split with the Wolfpack, taking away a win over Friday and falling in 15 innings on Saturdays.

Gambino commended the work of his pitching staff, including Friday night starter junior RHP Jeff Burke and Saturday's reliever sophomore RHP Mike King.
